We inform you that we collect and create a data file containing your personal identification, contact number, academic history, and test results. This file is created for the purpose of feeding the system, strengthening service reference parameters, improving performance evaluations, implementing technological advances, and generating data that contributes to the scientific analysis of results.
When collecting information in the file, TalenTrack designed a dissociation system that ensures that all stored personal data, yours or from an evaluated candidate, cannot be associated with you as a user or with the candidate. For this, we have implemented encoding techniques that do not allow identification of the individual to third parties.
The data processing process includes a wide range of operations, which is why it is important for TalenTrack that the user knows that information manipulation can be in digital or non-digital format, its storage can be organized by categories, modified, related to variables, evaluated, destroyed, as well as transferred to third parties whenever the user authorizes it.
Whenever applicable, all our regulations will equally apply to the data of evaluated candidates. Therefore, TalenTrack requests that the user refer candidates to know our regulations.
The user is entitled to exercise the right of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by writing to: support@talentrack.com.do. We inform you that the execution of the cancellation of your data also implies the cancellation of your user account. Our company is authorized to retain some of your personal data even after your account is cancelled, to comply with accounting aspects.
